UIL Spring Brief Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Pocket Coach Academy, located at [insert address if needed], operating at www.pocketcoachacademy.com.

2. Eligibility

The UIL Spring Brief Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who purchase the UIL LD Spring Brief 2025. Participants must also follow our Facebook page to qualify. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on December 16, 2024, and ends at 12:00 AM CST on April 1, 2025. All entries must be received during this period.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Purchase the UIL LD Spring Brief 2025.

2. Follow PocketCoach Academy’s Facebook page.

A minimum of 100 UIL LD Briefs must be sold during the Giveaway period for the Giveaway to be valid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Amazon Gift Card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected through a random drawing. The winner will be announced on PocketCoach Academy’s social media channels and notified via email within five (5) business days of the Giveaway’s end.

7. Conditions of Participation

Purchase is necessary to enter.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash.

If the minimum requirement of 100 UIL LD Brief sales is not met, the Giveaway will be void, or prize will be reduced to 20% of total UIL LD Spring 2025 brief sales.

By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitations and Liability

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and void where prohibited. Pocket Coach Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
